    From my experience, the majority of the illegal laborers are hard working but I highly disagree with them doing a great job. With some exceptions of course, the quality of work being done on construction sites is absolutely horrendous. The craftsmanship just isn’t there.

    I really like the Wilton Bullet Vises. Mine is the 4 1/2” Machinist Vise. It has been discontinued but they still have the 4, 5, or 6 inch models. Prices have gone up considerably.

    Thorogood wedge soles are extremely comfortable and break in relatively quickly. Redwing if you want a stiffer boot with a longer break in. Shorten the break in period by dipping the boots in warm water, wearing them dry, then applying your favorite leather conditioner.
