    Thanks sir. It’s a McMillan Sako Varmint in their carbon fiber fill. Weighed about 27oz. Barrel was a 45P blank from CarbonSix. I wanted to use Proof but they wouldn’t make me a 45P barrel. I’m impressed with the fit finish of the CarbonSix and it appears every bit as good fit and finish wise...

    Carbon Six barrels?

    450 blank arrived. I chambered it, had it cerakoted, and this is the result. 450 Bushmaster for Ohio whitetail. I expect it to shoot great when we do get to shoot it.

    Rifle Scopes T5Xi 5-25X56 vs (others) under $1800

    The M5XIs regularly go here for less than $1800. I just sold a 5-25x56 one for $1600 here. IMO, that’s the best optic under $2k. It was miles ahead of the T5XI I owned and only a hair below the S&B 3-27 I sold it to get.
