    They are accounting for it in the MV calibration. I can’t speak to why they chose to do it that way in the Kestrel compared to the app. You might be able to account for it in the “Zero Height” “Zero Offset” inputs

    Were you entering a DOF in the example where your elevation was .2 mils higher? The reason I ask is because at 1300 yd you’d see .1 mil high if you were facing E 90* and another .1 high for a 10 mph wind from 3:00 for a total of .2 mil

    Upgrading would just give you more features. My 6.5 running 130 gr at 2900 gives me .1 shift every 8 mph so it would take a 16 mph wind to push me to .2 mils high. Are you using the DOF capture in addition to the wind capture?

    Use Wind 2. Wind 1 calculates the AJ. AJ would occur in the first 30 yards if the wind is obstructed from your flight path in the 1st 30 yards then you shouldn’t see an AJ shift down range
