New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
If that device does 3g it should work too as 3g should support close to double the required streaming rate. (7.2 Mbps for a full 3g connection and most HD streams are around 4 Mbps) Latency is gonna be a bit slow, but with Time of Flight at those distances it shouldn't be an issue.
The area419 products are top notch.
I don't have a t1x, but I have both the egw and area419 t3x rails and when I needed a third rail I went with another area419 rail. Just my experience with similar products FWIW.
Yeah i reload. Just trying to find decide if it is worth the couple hundred for a 9mm barrel instead of trying to put my mk ii savage in the chassis and re chamber it to a better chamber.
I am just wondering if it makes more sense to put a 9mm barrel on my 223 tikka for 200 and in practice at my local range instead of trying to get a 22lr that I have to buy ammo and hope it stays around 1" at 100yards. The fact I have 5-10k 9mm projectiles from when I shot USPSA on the reg makes...
The question I have is, what kind of accuracy are you getting?
This idea is really interesting to me as I just tried feeding some dummys from an MDT 223 mag into my 223 tikka and they feed perfect.
If you reload you are probably fine. But in general, the case head separation issue is only and issue if the case head is not supported from a short shoulder not really an issue for a chamber that is reamed deep.
Same thing happened to me.
Essentially the part screws onto a hub that spins the tube. The hub on mine either popped out or the toothed belt came off of the hub so it wouldn't thread back on. Luckily mine was only a few months old and they only made me pay shipping (almost $40).
You have two...
This looks like the cheapest one that is short to cut up.

Vortex Razor Gen II allows you to go .5 below which helps with changing from a practice to match load if they are different.
Another reason to set zero below is if matches you go to force you to shoot with the rifle on its side. I've only had one "match" that forced you to do this (MD did more...
You can buy one from Desmond on amazon for cheap also. This one I have is too big probably, but there are also smaller ones one there. I can’t find any that are basically the length of a standard arca plate, so you might have to cut one up.
OP: I agree with the above and with the ability to mount and quick detach bags is gonna be a game changer (pun).
I really like mine and some of the new stuff coming out it is going to be well worth the change. Only downside I've seen so far over the mini amp plate is that in some positions it...
