    I think Arizona has something similar to this. As far as I know all the parts must be made in the state as well, not just assembled. I will send my Form 1's and 4's to the feds and call it good. I'm not taking a chance with my freedom.

    I won't carry a C model. I had a 17C years ago and fired it from the retension position during a class. I got a face full of burning powder and a lot of embarrassment. A compensated 9mm is kind of pointless anyway.

    My new Manners T3 just arrived for my 6.5 Lapua build. I'm thinking about having it dipped in multicam. Should I bed the rifle before or after? Also can anyone recommend a company that's familiar with dipping precision stocks? I was told there are a lot of hacks out there.
