Gunsmithing 6.5 creedmoor chamber issues
I have an issue with my newly chambered 6.5 creedmoor just wanting to see what others have to say about it. I get a really heavy last little bit of the bolt closing when trying to seat just a factory 147ELDM. It seems like it is pushing it into the lands and it is extremely hard to get the round...- dntworry

APA LB Gen 2 vs 3
I have both, in terms of felt recoil reduction it seems pretty similar with a caveat that it depends on caliber. On my 6.5CM pretty much don't notice a difference in recoil because there was pretty much none to begin with but the top ports appear to keep me on target even better. On my 300WM...- dntworry

Rifle Scopes Nightforce 7-35 atacr vs 4-32 nx8
Depends on use case, a 2nd focal 7-35 ATACR is one of the best ELR scopes on the market. If you are using FFP on both and not utilizing the extra elevation adjustment it probably gets a lot closer.- dntworry

6.5 Creedmoor real world velocities
The go to load with 140s would typically be 42-42.6 grains H4350 producing a velocity typically right around 2800fps If you need more velocity your best bet is to bump up to something like a 6.5PRC- dntworry

Creedmoor barrel life

17 hmr new gun advice
Trigger is actually identical all it needs is a yodave trigger spring if you want to take it even lower. Only negative I have is the cheap included stock but that’s an easy fix.- dntworry
