    Using a lee collet die for a mandrel

    Have you had any issues doing it in that order? I used to bump with a body die followed by the collet die and brass that would chamber after bumping, I would no longer be able to close the bolt on after the collet die. Switched to collet die first then the body die and my issues went away.

    I found using this method much more repeatable. My Hornady OAL tool now sits and collects dust. YMMV.

    And just to be clear, I have never run that mag in my MPA. Confirming on the MPA site, and with their manual, the chassis can be set up for CIP length mags with the right insert installed. So there should be no issue.

    It's an AICS patern mag. Mfg# 001000043 is the exact one I went with. At the time it was the only mag I could find anywhere.

    I use the CIP 3.850" .300 RUM Accurate Mags with my 28 Nosler in my Bravo chassis (my MPA doesnt have the 3.850 insert in it right now). The .300WM mags had feeding issues for me. Keep in mind that 3.850" is external length. Internal length would be around 3.77"ish.

    Trigger Tech Diamond 2 stage or 1 Stage

    I grew up on 2 stage Lee Enfields. Way more time with a 2 stage. So everything I have, if there’s an aftermarket option, has 2 stage triggers. Just my personal preference. You’ll be better off spending time behind both and deciding for yourself.

    I went fixed on my AI AT. Figured if I was gonna pay that much for the left side folder I’d be better off buying the AX right side folder and swapping. That hinge was over $500 more for me. For my MPA chassis I went with the folder. So much easier when cleaning. Don’t have to touch the cheek...

    Have you compared the 190s to the 195s? I was surprised to see the 190 has a 0.030” longer bearing surface.
