    First Gun with ARCA, need mount.

    I have the 419 adaptor. On their 419 rail it either wouldn't stay tight or slipped up on the tooth of the rail and then you couldn't get it loose. I changed mine to a ADM. It is similar to the RRS. Works much better.

    I got a MOST series match to shoot Saturday. Checked zero & velocity. 6 shots, cold bore, ammo loaded on 2 different dates, results look fine. As usual, the trigger puller will be the weak link.

    This was about 5 years ago. I don't remember what kind of base he had on it. I wondered about that when Jbuck commented. Most bases can't be installed backward, but some can.

    Yes I guess the base should have made the impacts high. I remember the guy had a NcStar scope. With the elevation all the way up he was still hitting the dirt.

When I removed the base to sell the rifle the screws had not marred the receiver finish, just left light brass marks that easily cleaned off.     A guy I knew did mouth to mouth on a dog years ago that got electrocuted by chewing the power cable to the TV . He did get the dog back to life. The electric burned part of the dogs tongue off.

    The rioting BS had caused me to cuss more and watch the national news even less. It has caused me to keep a rifle in my vehicle in addition to the handgun I always have anyway.
