    Very interesting. Might buy the receiver and have a good smith thread on a good barrel. Accuracy has more to do with the barrel than the receiver.

    Stuck bolt

    Point muzzle in a safe direction (up and forward). Hold bolt handle firmly in unlocked position. Slam butt plate on concrete bench pulling down on bolt handle. That usually pops a stuck case free. No hammer required. Good luck.

    Sounds like overpressure to me. OP says sized round chambers fine. He then has to hammer on the bolt handle to get it to extract. Back the powder charge down and how does it do?

    Wyatt makes center feed magazine boxes. Wondering if that might work. I believe Accurate Mag makes a 5 round AW. Five round AICS exist.
