    TT Diamond works fine in mine. It seems to be a case by case basis (probably tolerance stacking). Any age should be fine. I would hope your squad would behave and any match director worth their clipboard would enforce age-appropriate language.

    I got the MKM Adaptive Precision Grip for an XLR Envy Pro I won. I haven't spent much time with it, but it sure feels good in the little time I have spend with it. It also has A LOT of options that go along with it.

    I have no experience with the Kaibabs, but I have two seasons behind the Forge and am a fan. Like you, I bought them as a place holder for a pair of SLCs. Others that have gotten behind my Forges usually have favorable things to say about them.

    I wound up putting a Holosun HS507K-X2 on it. Mates up and looks appropriate on there. I put a couple of mags naked and couple with my DA Mask and it was fun. I'm more of a Ruger Mk4 fan, but I can see it as a rimfire trainer.

    I went round and round with rimfire optics in that price range. I went with a gently-used Kahles K525i. There is better at the $3400 MSRP, but it is great at $2400 used. I would also strongly look at Burris XTR 3 or Pro.
