    Cooked super tonight.........left over meatloaf, mashed tatters, and gravy, and some green beans... Browned the meatloaf in a cast iron skillet, the meal was great..... I always wash out my cast iron with hot water, then put it on a burner, and turn the temp up and season it a couple or three...
