No, the MLOK Maxim Picatinny rails are flat but we do have the 20/30moa top rails coming in a couple months.
Tho the flat pic rails work fine for NV optics.
On the AX HR1 the top picatinny rail is an optional accessory- it's made by Maxim and super easy to install. Just takes a few seconds with an allen key.
