Best paint for sponge on camo pattern?
These 2 were done with Brownells Alumahyde. After a base coat, I use the same method as PU by spraying a puddle onto a paper plate and dabbing the sponge. If you allow the AH to fully cure it’s a very tough finish.- hangunnr

Winchester for whatever reason used this wide ass forend with a sporter butt on their Coyote Lite rifle series. Like the rifles, hated the stocks. So since they weren’t gonna see any use in factory form it was time to try a mod on them. Factory stock Bell and Carlson… Beavertail removed...- hangunnr

Was over at a friends house looking at some wood he had downed and came across this guy. Beautiful little eastern hognose. It’s only about 12” long. Pretty cool how they can flare out their ribcage to appear bigger. Looks like he has a full belly…..- hangunnr

A buddy knocked down a dead Oak tree in his yard and sent me this pic. I wish I would have had a chance at that main trunk section as it was about 30” at the base and still maybe 20” at 15’. Would have been some beautiful planks.- hangunnr

This mornings view was much better. Took a new turkey hunter out and spoiled / ruined him by making it look easy. Bird was gobbling on the roost about 75yds away. I gave about 4 yelps and he flew down and came right to us. Hunt lasted less than a half hour. I do believe I’ve got him hooked……😁- hangunnr

Have heard of using ammonia, the guy I was talking to about this said the ground hogs pushed the rags out of the hole like it didn’t bother them at al. I do have about 20 gallons of contaminated diesel so that may get tried though I’m not real wild about dumping something like that in the ground.- hangunnr

Wasn’t exactly happy with my view this morning. Went out to the farm to prep the tractor for mowing and found that the groundhogs have invaded. I use this 5 tray from Lem products but there are a myriad of them out there to choose from. LEM dehydrator If and when this one dies I’ll replace it with one of their 10 tray models.- hangunnr
