    I have a +1 gas 20" stainless Proof in 6arc..shoots well but it was not functioning reliably as was. A .093 pin guage (per Proof's stated dia) would not fit in the gas port so opening it up helped. Fixing to order up a Bartlein from cle of the 24" variety.

    Asc 6.8 spc mags have been running flawless from the leftovers of a former .224V. Even better so than my asc 6.5 grendel mags, with a few hiccups here and there..in fairness they are brand new unbroken in.

    Dry Firing The CZ457

    Ive used drywall anchors for years on my 452 when I had it..they fed out of magazine and ejected like a normal round. Never had them stuck in the chamber but not all is the same I guess? Kind of a one or two time use if feeding out of mag but can use multiple times if single fed and rotating.
