I only partial boil, to get the grains and hopps doing their thing then dillute when adding into primary with balance.
The Graff called for a 4 Gal. boil
I prefer a 2 Gal. boil and pour off into a 3-3 1/2 Gal. in cool/cold fermenter to crash chill sometimes the ferment...
