    Spuhr gen3?

It will save dimes to the dollar in production cost. Call me cynical but they are owned by Colt now.

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

Just reading through the thread as I am looking or place an order here in the U.K. I would recommend anyone in Europe or rest of the world avoid this company. There are plenty of horror stories, use google. Most relate or orders being placed and payment taken with no products arriving, well...

    16-18 inch shorty rifles

I’m interested in what bullets you will be shooting and what speed you achieve.

    Spuhr SP-4001 - Discontinued?

the new ones look like the model specific to the schmidt and bender ultra short mount. I suspect the design change has something to do with spuhr being purchased by Colt. I anticipate further changes to the product line up.

    Accuracy International Picture Thread

Sorry pal, I maybe named after the egg covered in sausage meat and breadcrumbs then deep fried but my birth was south of Hadrian’s wall. My first Sgt is to blame for the name. After 20 years it’s kinda hard to shift. You can keep your Wheat beer, makes me shite through the eye of a needle...

I know two people with AT-X in the U.K. and neither have suffered this reported issue. I’m just on the fence to off load my AX in order to replace with the AT-X. Sometimes it’s better the devil you know. But one things for sure, AI’s are a peg above the rest.

Accuracy International AT vs. AT-X, help me decide **Update: bought an AT-X, first range trip added**

I think you made the right choice. That rifle looks great. If you don’t have a need for the NV bridge keep it looking sleek as it is.

    Tikka T3 Thread

After 11,939 posts I do believe we have a winner. Sir photographs of the internals of the bedding area inside the chassis would be appreciated. This is something I would love to do with my .223

I beg your pardon? A new AT-X can be had for £4k. Although nice as the AO chassis is it makes economical sense to buy the factory rifle in its standard form, factory fresh with a new barrel. U.K. prices are crazy.

Same place your vision probably came from 🤣 Although I must say, given current U.K. pricing you would be better off just ponying up and buying a new AT-X. Secondhand AT’s are £3k before you add the cost of the AO stock.

TRG appreciation thread - Part III

Yes it works without any issues. I have a faux TRG in .223 using a Tikka T3 Tac A1 barreled action. Uses a KRG back bone. TRG trigger and stock.

    The Fix from Q

I had a small mark in my receiver. It was something to do with a shim in the bold body. I’ve got a replacement bolt at white birch armoury. I just need to get it to England. Although I’ve sorted my issues with the current bolt so it functions. Mine was a very early model.

    The Fix from Q

I’ve been good with small primers in my Fix 6.5 creed proof barrel. I really like the Henny it’s made me start looking for the poor man’s version a Zeiss FL 4-16X50

    Part fabrication for TRG 22

I can’t believe you were told it’s a legacy product. You can still buy new TRG 22’s in Europe.

    Tikka T3 Thread

Yes, the buttstock fits exactly as it does on the TRG. The only thing missing is the magazine tension block inside the magwell. There is a little slop on the sides of the magwell because the AICS magazines are thinner. I suppose if you had a CTR backbone you can run TRG magazines. The CTR...

    Tikka T3 Thread

I used a KRG back bone from the Whiskey 3 chassis in let for the tikka T3. The TRG stoc and forend fit straight on as did the TRG trigger.

Tikka T3X .223 in TRG chassis with TRG trigger and Pard DS35 nightvision scope mounted in Spuhr TCP3001. Should be a bit of fun.

Rifle Scopes Who makes the best rail for a Tikka T3X?

Just seen it on a google search on the vision Facebook page. Not for me. The area 419 rail looks far sleeker.
