    Hog Saddle ShotShow 2012

Re: Hog Saddle ShotShow 2012 A special tripod or head is not needed. The Hog Saddle will mount to the majority of tripod systems out there. I've ran into a couple large tripod heads, made for video production, that needed a spacer plate to elevate the Hog Saddle from the extra-wide tripod...

    Hog Saddle ShotShow 2012

Re: Hog Saddle ShotShow 2012 I don't see another group buy any time soon. At this point I'm selling them as fast as I can make them. When things slow down I'll consider another one. Most likely it would be towards the end of the year. Hog Saddles are In-Stock and ready to ship if still...

    Larue rifle mount or Hogsaddle?

Re: Larue rifle mount or Hogsaddle? A cool thing about the Hog Saddle is that it is compatible with any style of rifle stock. (Example: picatinny railed, hunter contour, tube guns, and the larger stocks from McMillan and AI) A lot of military and LE guys are mounting their issued Leupold Mark...

Re: GAP-10 at 1250 Yards... I have a serious man-crush on the GAP-10. This testimonial isn't helping. What barrel length is your GAP-10? Nice shooting.

Long Range Steel Bash near Memphis, TN

Re: Long Range Steel Bash just outside Memphis, TN I'll donate a Mil-Spec Hog Saddle to your prize table. My pregnant wife is due in the same time frame so I won't be able to attend this Steel Bash. I will have to make it out to the next one and slay some steel with you guys.

    Hog saddle shooting rest

Re: Hog saddle shooting rest I will have a display in US Tactical Supply's booth #6510. A couple former SEALs I know on the East Coast told me to "Prepare for Glory" at the Venitian. So I have no idea where that will lead me during the evening hours. LOL

    Angle Shooting Gear

Re: Angle Shooting Gear I've used both and I prefer the cosine version. Multiply the cosine to your dope and shoot. Either is hands down better than the protractor method. It's super time consuming and a pain in the ass if your hands are frozen or there are high winds.

Vote, Muzzle device on your rifle

Re: Vote, Muzzle device on your rifle I voted no, for my bolt action .308. I would consider a muzzle brake for a 300WM or larger for the recoil reduction and ease of spotting shots. Overall I think muzzle brakes are counterproductive tactically. They increase noise, flash, and blast...
