The video is super helpful, I just wish the focus had been on the fence rather than the tree on the right of the frame. The utm seemed like the only one that held some details of the fence through the upper mag range, but that would make sense given the narrower fov of that device. The thing...- Totdoc

Duals was what drove me to pick up a coti in the first place. My problem is that I actually bought the coti before my duals arrived, and then my duals ended up being quads... so weight started being a serious issue. Although the sensor on the ecoti is better, the cotis aren't really a high...- Totdoc

I think where you want to use these things is about as important as what you want to do with them. I am in Florida, and it's hard to get a look at anything 800 yards away. Most of my use case for thermal is much much closer in. I ultimately settled on the voodoo, because it pretty much allows...- Totdoc

It took quite a while to clear customs out of Germany, but it did finally get here. I recently had a new baby and have had a total of zero nights so far to actually play with it. I feel like the narrowed field of view of this unit (17.5hx14v, 22.4d) vs the nox (24.3hx18.3v, 30.4d) and skeet (22.5hx16.5v, 28d) will limit its utility as a head mounted thermal vs those units.
