Reloading Equipment Powder, BR2S in AL

I looked into this and for my area there are still Customer Centers but not as many as there once was. OP - if you haven't already go to the UPS website and see if their Customer Care Cente locator has one located near you.

    Weird primer strikes?

Have you taken a close look at the tip of the firing pin? Is the rifle easy to cock after firing? Wondering if it has a light firing pin spring? I've seen primers like that from semi-auto pistols. In that case it was because the hammer bounced or the hammer didn't have much pressure on the...

    Brand new rifle stuck casings

It kinda sounds like the primary extraction timing is off.

    Barrel rifling

As another piece of information, the short range, (100, 200, 300 yards), benchrest folks use a 4-grove 6mm barrel

Lengthening the mag catch on long action AICS DBM?

Some of the modern chassis designs have a mag catch that allows adjustment of the position of the part that contacts the magazine catch tab. https://masterpiecearms.com/shop/mpa-adjustable-mag-catch/ welding on a little metal and then filing down to a working length should work to.

OCW Guys… help me read these!

I would spend some more time with 43.3. The shots on either side of this load seem to impact very close to each other.

Newbie trying to find a good load and need some help.

Here's a video of an Optimal Charge Weight approach I like: https://www.longrangeonly.com/ocw-optimal-charge-weight-load-development-by-ryan-furman/ I used a balance beam scale for a long time. It takes some time to learn it's errors and to be consistent but they do work well.

    Seating depth and ES

How many shots are you measuring to get ES and SD. As Spife suggested, try repeating the test.

Newbie trying to find a good load and need some help.

What distance are you testing at? Are you seating the bullet the same length as the factory Hornady ammo? Can you shoot smaller groups with other rifles?

Accessories 3 foundation centurions for impact

What brand/type of stock/chassis is your friend switching to?

    Let’s hope for a Glorious Day….

That is sure a nice scope on that "boring" rifle. No human silhouette targets in MA?

    Large groups-runout issues

I use to use a Magnetospeed for many years and they work great. But you can't shoot groups with a Magnetospeed hanging on the barrel without it affecting group size. If you want to obtain group size information AND velocity measurements, you need a chrono that doesn't hang on the barrel.

    Large groups-runout issues

You can pick up a used LabRadar for like $250 these days, after the Garmin chrono came out. If you like to do load development it can be very useful. Do you have a friend that would loan you a chrono? As for primers, stick with one or the other brand while you're developing a load.
