Recently picked up an RCBS Gold Metal FL Bushing Die. Will it act as a FL "shoulder bump" die without a bushing installed? Was thinking about using it in conjunction with a lee collet die to control neck tension, or maybe even getting a smaller bushing and using a mandrel to size the necks...
Your method of overlaying groups to find an accuracy node is pretty neat, I thought about doing the same to find a standard deviation node with a chronograph, although I am unsure of how well it will work.

@lowlight how much difference in LOP do you usually see when someone is going from a more traditional bladed off stance, to getting in a straight line behind the rifle?

instant replacement parts for Sakos and Tikkas are not always available in the US. The tech explained to me that some parts have to be salvaged off of other guns when I called about a part for my TRG. I don’t think they import a lot of extra parts.
He‘ll probably just stick with the factory stock and bottom metal. I know he can swap out the mags and bolt stop for whatever size he needs, I figured it would just be cheaper to get a donor rifle that will need less rearranging of parts.
