I have been running ZEISS victory’s for several years, and am considering switching to the Sigs
It was definitely happening with 6.5 CM and the 147s both factory ammo and hand loads.
To the best of my knowledge the 140 eldm has had a much better track record.
If a person was determined to run hornady bullets, that would seem to be the one to run.
I have thought about Montana as it’s a drivable distance, but I’d like to be able to get more than one bird per person.
So far it looks like Texas and Saskatchewan have the best opportunities.
Looking for recommendations on an outfitter for crane hunting. Thinking this fall or next. There isn’t any legal hunting in my area so planning on a flight to get where we’re going.
Would appreciate any info from others who have done this hunt.

Ruger has been know for removing any non factory parts from guns that come in for repair.
Kind of ironic since they have some of the most commonly modified guns in the US.
I’m always a proponent of getting more cans,
But I am fairly certain the OP can run 357 mag through his can, especially on a rifle.
Definitely confirm with the manufacturer first.
