Lack of left hand 22LR options

Where did you see this post? It says they’ll be releasing these this year.

Lack of left hand 22LR options

I think how Magpul did their new 700 chassis was very smart. One screw & the action goes from RH to LH. It’s a very simple design that other manufacturers should replicate.

Lack of left hand 22LR options

Ya now I feel caught in that dilemma (CZ vs Tikka). Dang! This is how right handed guys must fee all the time with options! The advantage I see to the Tikka is the chassis options are plentiful, whereas the 452 only has the MDT (which I don’t like the ascetics of). Plumminfool, your profile...

Lack of left hand 22LR options

That’s great news!! The only disappointing part is last week I finally tracked down a 452 American LH. Haven’t even had a chance to more than pull it out of the box yet. However, with the addition chassis & stock options with the Tikka… well suddenly I go from no options to 2!

Looking for some advice re smart watch Re: Alt/Baro/temp and GPS location

That’s a pretty stick watch… Mine just tells me the time and date. Must be time to upgrade.

Sweet. I just found a 452 for myself, so I’ll look into the Rifle Basic trigger.

    NRL22 rifle setup questions

The most serious shooters are often the better shooters, who just so happen to have invested in better equipment because it’s what they’re passionate about. That said, there are only 1-2 stages I’ve shot thus far where I felt my Savage mkII held me back. For the vast majority of stages, any...

Nice gun. What rifle is that?

Affordable pic rail mounted DOPE card holder

Lots of good ideas here. Not exactly what the OP was asking, but are many guys using a pic mounted rather than a twist coach or in addition to?

    bino magnification: 8 versus 10

Obviously, glass quality & objective size play a big role in this as well, so I’m assuming those things are equal. Come to think of it, my last set of binos were x10 (granted, cheap ones) and I hated using them.

    bino magnification: 8 versus 10

I use x8 and have no regrets. Mind you, I’m in the eastern half of the continent, so I don’t have the wide open spaces of the west. X8 is easier to use with the wider FOV.

Lack of left hand 22LR options

I don’t believe Tikka is going anything left handed. At least, not that I’ve heard. CZ 452 LH are still produced but in limited runs & very few make it to Canada. I’ve searched intermitantly for a while & have yet to find one for sale.

Lack of left hand 22LR options

So, I’ve been shooting my Savage mkII GL for a long time now, but I want something more refined and accurate for the matches I’m now shooting (without going full custom or to an Annie). I’ve looked high & low but the only option between entry level & premium is the uber rare CZ 452 American LH...

Rifle Scopes New High End Tactical article

I greatly enjoy your reviews & look forward to this one. Is it worth throwing the Vortex Razor 4.7-27 in just because it’s so common it can act as a reference point?

MPA vs MDT - Chassis Help

That’s interesting feedback compared to the Bravo. My shooting partner just got the Bravo & I’m impressed thus far, but I want to try out the ACC.

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

This is the scope I’m saving up for. GenII here (in Canada) were $3,600 (more recently down to $3,100)! Trijicon is around $2,700 IIRC.

    Pack for Mammoth 2020

OK so to try and summarize the last 3 pages: Eberlstock = OK at best; but very heavy. Alice = dependable, but quite heavy. Kifaru = a solid choice, but expensive. Mystery ranch = see Kifaru. Osprey = none-tactical, but looks like a smartly designed pack & a more economical option (would love to...

The Everyday Sniper Podcast Interview with Jacob Bynum

Great episode. I’ve got that one favorited for a repeat listen.

Rifle Scopes New Trijicon AccuPower 4.5-30x56

Does anyone who owns want have any comments about the FOV through the magnification range? Any tunneling in the low end or drop in image quality on the top end? I know they’re building scopes with wider magnification ranges then ever before, but this is a very wide range.
