    I replaced my SSA-E with a Triggertech and while I like the TT a little better for precision stuff that SSA-E is a seriously great trigger. Definitely a better option for a shtf gun in my opinion.

    I’ve heard this from more than one source. All of mine have been great but the newest was purchased in 2016 (back before the BCM PNT had come out or just after). If buying today I’d probably give the BCM a shot.

    Yeah if you’re shooting 800yds you realistically need a 2MOA or better gun. At 3MOA you’ll have a 2ft spread and could easily be off the plate at 800yds even if you get everything else right.     Random question for MDT: any idea on when the FDE XRS Chassis are shipping? Ordered one the other day, going on vacation in the woods starting Aug 11th and would love to take a new rifle build with me but don’t want to get my hopes up if it’s still a month out or something. Thanks!
