The airing of grievances and the response.

The PRS and shooters like Jon Pynch are missing the point. If they want to Precision Rifle to be a "sport" they need to grow the numbers substantially. And whether true or not they are creating perceptions that are turning folks away. When I first got in to precision rifle shooting I was...

PRS Talk Should I just accept that I'll lose most of my brass at a match

It was not my intent to derail this thread but when someone responds with "maybe this isn't the sport for you" I feel it that deserves a response. When some shooters perceive that the "sport" has become too much of a game, the response is "maybe this isn't the sport for you". If a shooter...

PRS Talk Should I just accept that I'll lose most of my brass at a match

There is a BIG difference between losing a few pieces of brass which is to be expected vs not being allowed to pick up any brass as per the OPs post.

The Everyday Sniper Episode 84 Gunwerks AAR

The Everyday Sniper Episode 84 Gunwerks AAR

And that is exactly why it has generated so much discussion. Many others feel the exact same way. Is this good for the sport? I guess that is subjective, but I certainly think it deserves some discussion, especially from the PRS leadership/board.

The Everyday Sniper Episode 84 Gunwerks AAR

This is the stuff that really turns me off and why I no longer am a PRS paying member. Yes these were within the rules but really........... It has become who can game the system better. and this "Shooting with the assistance of the tripod made this pretty dang easy since the targets...

Mountain Money Match, July 8-9, Saguache, Colorado, PRS Club Series Match

Hope these "money matches" don't become a trend as it discourages new shooters who have no chance to win and therefore would have to pay a steep premium to shoot what looks like a great match. Did they even get enough teams to qualify as a PRS club series match?
