New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
Not sure if it's Black Friday related or not but EO is selling the 3-18 T6Xi for $1,390 for some reason. Seems like a low price.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but the T6Xi 3-18 with MSR2 reticle is $1390 on EuroOptic. I don't know much about it but that seems like a pretty low price?
Some of it is marketing but NF ATACR turrets are translating and they're probably unmatched (but definitely unsurpassed) for zero retention. I do wonder about the correlation there if there is one.
Here's a review of some high magnification alpha scopes. One of the sections is low light but at lower power. Should still translate decently well I would think.

However a low light scope where you're going to have it on 25-36 power seems a bit of a...
Glad you feel like it was worth your time to check it out. Part of the thing with Form is his tone in one on one interactions on RS ends up making people not want to acknowledge he's right even if he is. Despite that, the concentration on zero-retention for scopes and on how bullets actually...
They're such a pain to re-sell that you're essentially not going to. They're definitely a buy-once-cry-once sort of deal. Though the likelihood of someone only owning one suppressor is very low. Good luck in your search, OP. I have spent a lot of very stupid money on gun related things but...
I have a Razor 6-36 and just got an ATACR 7-35 (haven't even used it yet). I addressed this concern by just putting the ATACR on my Valuable Personal Property insurance with USAA (not sure if other insurance companies do guns/scopes). So NF warranties mechanical issues anyway and for about...
I'm definitely cool with them doing marketing and sponsorships. I happen to think it's very cool for them to sponsor hunters especially. There just have to be other ones they can do instead of people with long records of poaching and trespassing.
I'm definitely not sure on the timeline either...
As far as I know the best option currently is the KRG Midas if its weight range is to your liking. There are a couple (old) reviews in the below thread.

How does the grip compare to an EH1 as far as width, length, etc? I remember liking the dimensions on that grip but I'm not sure if the LRH is more similar to that or some of their more tactical stocks.
I have no knowledge about PRS but for hunting a better carry system may help that (and other things). Kifaru Gunbearer comes to mind or I carry my rifle strapped to my SG backpack with their quick release system.
Looks like it comes in just above the pricepoint of a Seekins Element, which is good. Always good to have competition within price ranges and Seekins hasn't had much recently. Though obviously weights are different.
Guides are paid to find animals and get clients in range of them. A hell of a lot goes into that. And none of it requires an understanding of ballistics if they don't want to learn. My experience talking to guides is they're about as well-informed about terminal (and external) ballistics as guys...
You're not in danger of it being below those levels. The NX8 image quality will still hold up just fine against most things below $1700 or so I think. It's not the best image quality at its $2100 pricepoint or whatever but it's still good and will not hinder you.
