    Some people screw up at work by putting pickles on the wrong burger. Some might put coolant in the windshield washer bottle.....some might build a fence inside out. I can't imagine how it feels to know how monumental the consequences are for your mistakes. Someone dropped the ball and it's tragic.

    It works for defense too. If I know an Item sold, I don't expect the seller to sell it to me.....and you, and the next guy. If it's spoken for and then offered to me....that's a red flag.
