    I just checked my notes,with the standard freebore and Berger 170eol I was at 3.46” about 20thou off the lands.

    No probs,it’s far and away the best for powder for the heavies. Retumbo kicks ass with the 150ABLR too in my rifle. Another thing I will mention is the saami spec 27 nosler reamer has a very short freebore,I recommend having it throated a touch longer if you decide on the 165-170 class bullets.

    I have been running a 27 nosler for a few years,26/28 dies won’t work.RCBS makes 27 nosler dies that are readily available. Had better luck sizing 26 nosler brand brass than I did necking down 28 nosler Bertram brass. 170 Berger eol@3200 with RL33

    It will lighten up some with use.In saying that I found the tt diamond did change the bolt feel. Sorry I should have noted more so changed on bolt close..

    Both are easy to tune in my experience.I would say pending your action choice I have found the 6 dasher much more reliable at mag feeding and especially ejection .I use unmodified aics and HRD AW kits in my defiance,with my old bighorn action I used unmodified ARC.
