    I just used JB weld. Spread a thin layer across the surface and used my index finger in a glove to poke it to desired height/aggressiveness. JB self levels so it was a constant fight of poking and falling but in the end I'm happy. Lol.

    Broke out the spade bit, jb weld and "red-neck"ognized the true potential of my kitchen table gunsmithin'. Added arca rails to the HMR stock and the tikka 6.5 to make tripod use so much easier.
