    i certainly oppose any sort of registration or list, but once you get a ccw, the cat is pretty much out of the bag that you own guns. but yeah, doesn't hurt to know what lists are being kept and what is on them.

    "Budget" would be a stock Tikka, not that there's anything wrong or lacking in that. Tikka action, Proof carbon prefit barrel, pure precision altitude stock, is a pretty easy 'build.' No fussing with bedding, trigger, mag system, etc. In the middle of my 4th one.
