    I have never experienced any issues when converting a gun from 30-06 to 6,5 or reverse. But there is numourus rumours Of issues with small (out of spec) us brass.

    When it comes to heights I was asked by Noveske team to make new mounts that are longer and only 1,25" High. They are certainly tighter to cheek but I feel that approx 9 out Of 10 prefer 1,25" height to 1,5"

    I do absolutely agree with you. And I don't promise a long barrellife with those velocities, but I got 4000 out of my Tikka Barrel. But we also know that barrellife differs greatly betwen various makes and it's very possible that Another make would have given a far less barrellife.

    Here is some other long range "sticks" in 6,5x55, browning BAR and 1917 in swedish softmount. The BAR is fantastic, you shoot 1 mil groups per magazine! In one 20 round burst:)

    For the 3150 with 140gr and 3770 with 85 i used N560 and N550, but those speeds and loads are to high, i do recomend against it
