JP rifles supermatch barrel owners; long term durability.

800mZero; To me, your reply comes across testy, and I had to stop myself from posting the sarcastic reply some of your impertinent questions deserved. I don't think you and I will have successful discussions online.

JP rifles supermatch barrel owners; long term durability.

Yup, I've read the JP rifles site up, down, sideways! You understand that the anecdotal story about the Galapagos goat shooters was unsupported opinion, correct? It's not like one of those barrels came back for an examination. After many hours of dedicated searching, I find no documented...

JP rifles supermatch barrel owners; long term durability.

I've had my AR10A4B since 1999. This fall I sent the olde girl to Armalite for their AR-10 Standard Update package, and their techs found some throat erosion. Since I recently joined a range that has positions out to 600yds, I'd like to get it rebarreled. So as you can imagine, I'm researching...

What ammo to shoot with new JP 20" 308 barrel kit?

3 shot groups are for sighting in. 5 shot groups are a decent measure of system capabilities. 10+ shot groups give you bragging rights. Post that picture.

What ammo to shoot with new JP 20" 308 barrel kit?

While JP Enterprises did not build my AR10, they did Cryo the barrel and tune the trigger & gas system. I met a couple of their reps way back in 2002 at the 1st Black Rifle Convention. Even back then, they recommended the 175gr SMK for the 1:10 twist .308. I've used the 175gr SMK confidently...

Rifle Powder, Hazardous Material, FedEx. Where's the label?

Homophobic crap from a redneck in a backwards-ass downstate hole, being the big man from a plastic keyboard. You have soo far to climb both culturally and educationally, that in a battle of wits, you are practically unarmed.

Rifle Powder, Hazardous Material, FedEx. Where's the label?

I like what someone else said in another thread. . The return shipping ruse was the biggest bonehead thing any old man through up recently. I wasn't going to return ship to anyone that had lied to me once. Anyone that will cheat you out of $25.00 is not reliable for a refund + return shipping...

dtibbals should not have posted the entire email exchange, or as he said, "start a war on snipershide" because he trips over the truth. In his umbrage, he forgot that on Date: October 30, 2013 at 9:39:36 PM CDT he wrote: >>"Sorry but not dealing with this any further. If you choose to deal...

Rifle Powder, Hazardous Material, FedEx. Where's the label?

According to email from the seller, who is dtibbals from here on the forum, the price I paid included shipping and HazMat charges. I received the rifle powder in a plain box with absolutely no HazMat placards, markings, or proper forms. Regulations state "shipments of smokeless propellants in...

Rifle Powder, Hazardous Material, FedEx. Where's the label?

QUOTE=Foul Mike;2764706I am with dddoo7 on this. If you are not happy with the price, Don't buy it, wait for a better day. OK with the price, nobody is happy paying HAZMAT fees. Are you happy with HAZMAT fees? If it gives you a case of the ass about the FEE. take that up with whoever you can...

Rifle Powder, Hazardous Material, FedEx. Where's the label?

Was WAS NOT happy with the price including a hazmat fee. It is though, what is necessary to comply with shipping regulations. I was told I was paying a hazmat fee. If I paid for an extra fee, and the seller did not comply with regulations to pocket an extra $25.00, why should I be happy with...

Rifle Powder, Hazardous Material, FedEx. Where's the label?

Hello the Hide; I just received a box of powder through FedEx from a private seller. He added a $25.00 cost for hazmat. OK, we all know that's UPS/FedEx policy. But as I look at all sides of the shipping box, I see no hazmat sticker, and nothing noting hazardous material on the shipping...
