    185 CX at 2100. Shot the first pig in the head at 70 yards, dropped it and it got up and went 10ft before dying. Second one was at 160 walking away. Had to lead it a foot and held 9” high, rolled it on thee first shot, but had to put 4 more into it.

    Just picked up a TL3 medium length action for another hunting rig. I have 7SAUM brass but I’m also thinking maybe a 7-6.5PRC since I have a shit ton of ADG brass. Going to do a 18-20” barrel and looking for more velocity.

    Brass is prepped and primed to do some load development tomorrow. The Sheridan case gauge is an awesome tool when getting set up to make brass for the first time. Mocked up a round with the COAL at 2.600 using the 185 CX

    They only grew maybe .002 after sizing. My first cut was right at 1.685 and were a touch short after trimming. I would cut them closer to 1.69 And give you a little room to trim to.

    First two pieces made up super easy with no jacked up shoulders. As said before, start with Hornady 6.5 LP brass, chop saw to around 1.69 then anneal, chamfer and deburr, and straight to the sizer. These were just to set up the chop saw, AMP and sizing die. I’ll make a batch up where I’ll...
