For bipods both the atlas and harris are great. The latest version of the atlas is much better than the early versions. I use the harris because it is faster to deploy and when I hunt I don't want to worry about the button on the atlas.

Our initial pricing in 2013 for the AMR was the same as the other reticle options, it wasn't until mid-way through the year that Kahles told us the price was going to be higher.

Yes the first chamberings were very tight, we initially used PTG reamers, they are factory spec but reloads are very sticky unless you full body size every time.

Dropped a 173" muley with 338LM at 823 yards a few years back, one shot kill it was awesome, of course it was down in a nasty hole and it took all day to pack out but it was worth it. :)

coldbore, We didn't use aluminum because the new resin and redesigned ribs make the new buttplate stronger than aluminum. In drop tests it succeeded where even the aluminum plates failed.

Twret, The front sling point is at the end of the handguard so you will have to remove or relocate one of the picitanny rails rearward.

Rifle Scopes Premier 5-25 or Kahles 6-24 MSR question?

Kahles is much better scope than premier both mechanically and optically. No contest as to what scope to get. The kahles was lacking reticle options but with the msr is now available and its one if the best reticles to use.
