New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
It takes a bit to get into my method but i attach cordage to the bipod/front of the rail and then run it under the tripod back up to the back of the stock. Then i twist my foot into the cord at the bottom and apply pressure onto the cord stabalizing the front and back of the rifle at the same time.
Anyone have a barrel in their srs that caused the safety to be harder to actuate. I have two other barrels i lock em in all the same way. Safety is easy to move. New barrel i acquired causes the safety to be hard to move. Scratching my head on this one. Btw i never use the barrel lock feature.
2200 would be more then i would want to spend on a barrel with a life expectancy. Cool idea but they need a way to make the suppressed portion something that can be moved barrel to barrel.
My one TS barrel has relief indentions cut into the barrel near the swivel studs. Or i think someone is selling steel QD mounts that mount to the rail.
There are plenty of decent load offering for both calibers. Seems like the short barrel 6.5 creeds are becoming popular and are proven shooters. The number of reputable smiths making custom barrels for these is on the rise also.
