"New GI bullets will normally shoot about 1.5-2" groups if you're careful with the loading. New AMAX bullets will shoot sub MOA" - biffj This is what I have found as well. 1000gr cast is showing promise at 2" 100yds . I think it can be better. Quite a hit on steel plates.- matthias

That is what I was thought as well. But fireball tool has an interesting test he did with some automated machines that makes a guy think. I will continue to use the method of lifting on the return stroke , interesting none the less.- matthias

Looks like a strange double tennon sight. Look up large and small tennon 1911 sights they do take some fiddling and tools to install correctly.- matthias
