Generally when we get calls with similar concerns, it is usually attributed to forgetting to dial scope back to zero. IF the user dialed after ranging. Feel free to reach out to us anytime with any questions.

If you have the distance the best practice that we have found is to put the reflective target/tape out at the max distance you will shoot. Align the vis laser to your reticle with that and you'll be good everywhere inside that distance and a good bit farther. I have used white targets at dusk at...

If you have a 1-10 that has "fish eye" at 1x after you have adjusted the diopter at 1x to a true 1x please please contact me personally. I would really like to see it and/or at the very least discuss. I have seen a couple of people make this comment,but I have not been able to see it...
My first guess is that if this happened your set screws came loose on the turrets. That's the first thing I would test. Make sure they are tight and see if reticle is moving. That being said, we are always more than happy to take a look.

Gen3 prices have not increased. If we ever have price increases they will almost always happen on Jan 1. I'd have to double check, but I don't think we raised any actual pricing this year on riflescopes.
Hopefully that helps clear things up.

First two things are to make sure bluetooth and location services are both on and available for the Geo Ballistics app.
Assuming those are on, here is what I have found is the easiest way to reset the network connections and get things connected if you are running into this problem-

I see comments like this, about the Razor Gen 3 1-10, from time to time and it leaves me a little puzzled. Can you please elaborate what you mean by this? An example and/or pics would also be great.

Sorry for the delay. We've been trying to troubleshoot on our end since this was not an issue during development nor are we able to duplicate in house currently on production units. I'm still looking into it, but I may have you two send your units to me.

Give us a call at your liesure and we will happily install a new turret for you anytime (no charge). That way you wont have to deal with the set screws falling into those divots.

I'm really only familiar with Android. So let's try something with the Android phone. Go into app settings and choose "clear data" for Geo ballistics app. After you do that go ahead and see if everything connects then.
I attached a screenshot of where the clear data icon is in my app settings...
Couple things, make sure all three set screws are backed out far enough. It's easy to forget one(We see this often).
The set screws sit in a V groove, so all three need to be backed out far enough to get out of that retaining groove.
