    Yep, I live up north...an hour south of SLC. It generally takes me 1 1/2 hours to drive down there. But LRSU does shoot all over the state. Just check the schedule. I'm sure they do something in your neck of the woods?

    Thanks, Yep, I use R33 for the most part on my large rifle ammo, just seems that for some reason it doesn't mesh too well with the SMK300s and the AX. Could be the CCIs. Maybe I'll try another primer. Appreciate the input.

    I am a member of LRSU. We shoot all over the place..but pretty regularly at North Springs. It's a Mile+ range and we'll kept. Every other month or so we do a "Milk Jug Challenge"...usually 1000, 1200, 1500, Mile+. It's a whole Lotta fun and some really good people! P.O. Holmes

    Howzit, I am precision shooter and a large game hunter. My rig is an AI AXMC. I have been using the .308 barrel for about a year, but recently I had AIUK send me a 338LapMag. It is 27" barrel with a 1:9.35 twist. I have been shooting Hornady 285s out of Lapua brass and CCI primers. Been bouncing...
