    The 2.5-10x30 PST is in my opinion the perfect solution for an AR scope. Im waiting on funds to put it on my mk12 I have sitting around glass-less. Its a damn shame. But a TON of people think the vortex 2.5-10 is quite possibly their best scope they have ever released.

    I understand where you are coming from but the 4-16 has known fuzzy glass issues and is far inferior to the 6-24, 2 power on the bottom end is hardly a reason to go for lesser power.

    I went with the Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 FFP and I am very impressed. It isnt mounted yet but at 24x power I can read 4" print on a port-a-potty at 679yds out my front window. At 447yds I can read the truck number of a Knife River Construction truck... Side by side to my Leupold Mark 4...

    Vortex viper for sure. Ignore the posts about fixed power scopes. Especially at 10x. That's a shit load of power and if ur gonna use it for hunting at all its going to be next to useless.
