    I necked up a 6.5 PRC to 7mm in a SA Archimedes with a 28" barrel. My first test loads used 52.5 to 57.0 of N-165 in .5gr intervals producing this graph.     Hornady's 11th has N160 data encompassing 166 ATips but no N165. N160 is a few spot faster so I could start with that. 52.8 (2600) to 57.6 (2800) at 2.825 with a 24" barrel.

    I chucked a bullet in the drill and lightly "reamed" it which actually worked but since it has the slits in it it's not very stable. I think running it over a 0.287 mandrel will be enough to account for the spring back, then if I need to I'll ream the necks.
