    Rifle carry in a tripod

    Yes, works well that way for field hunting hogs at night. I wouldn’t want to try it in brush or while climbing a mountain. For hogs I keep my rifle as light as possible and have traveled quite far pursuing them.

    Just call Midwest GW and ask what they can do. Ask them if they’d mind sourcing the parts for you, or go direct to unique-alpine.com. If you provide the part numbers to MGW it will help. I don’t own a Ballista, or any accessories, just looked into that system many years ago. Good luck.
