    manufacturers often use powders that are custom and aren't commercially available. I would just pick the best powder based on recommendation and load to get the same velocity.

    1.) I agree with everyone that says "buy once, cry once"... If you stay with this, you will quickly want to upgrade. I'd try to stretch a little and go for a Begara or Ruger RPR 2.) That said, everyone has budgets: Remington 700 SPS - Threaded, etc. Savage 110 Tactical 6.5CM... Threaded...

    MSA Sordin with Gels are nice... so are the Howard's with Gels. I always double up with in-ear plugs if I'm shooting rifles with brakes, etc.

    I went with an ARCNucleus that is with LRI now... there are obvious situations when certain features are going to be desirable, but for most hunters I don't think the action matters much.
