    Atlas vs Harris bipods

    it's a love/hate relationship with the Atlas. But in the end I'd take one over a harris any day. I think there are a few threads on the great Harris vs. Altas debate. Get a Atlas, there good to have in your gear pack.

    Usually i would say 22-250 its a awesome all around gun. But with you cutting the barrel down, wanting easier to find ammo and your suppressor more suited for a .223, you probably should go with the .223. The 22-250 would probably be extra loud and have a huge fire ball with a 16" barrel.

    Ack!!! that would suck to get your baby home and not be able to screw it on. Dont try to force it on, it may not screw back off, Best to take it in to your local gun smith or send to TBAC to get it checked out. There are a few post on here where that has happened that might help you out...

    Not much you can do about mirage, especially with a 338. i'm sure that generates a lot of heat quick into the suppressor. Best bet is take a few shots and pull cover off and let cool down, titanium cans cool down fairly fast vs steel cans. Or turn your magnification down so mirage is not so...
