New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
I've used magazine labels in the past. It's the same information(Address and name) that I'd be giving the seller anyways. I might be missing something, but I don't see any harm in asking for or providing that info.
I have the Sport Tac 500's and love using the Bluetooth to listen to Pandora at the range. Also, replace the ear cups with the gel version and never look back.
I mean, if you want adjustability on the fly -- sure. But in terms of customizability, construction, and repeatability the XLR is going to perform better than a plastic or polymer.
I'm fairly sure I needed a reducing insert to convert from 3/8 to 1/4. (Bought on Amazon). Other than that, I attached the primos- provided plate to the leveling base and that was it.
Take a look at the butt stock options from XLR. I went with an XLR tactical on my Stealth and I would buy one again in a heartbeat. Easy to customize and fit your specific shooting position.
SAP Run and Gun has been great for me. I love attaching it to the butt stock with the QD so it follows the rifle wherever it goes. Incredibly light but packs down tight to support the rear. You can use it as a front bag too if you are in a pinch or don't want to run two bags.
No, I don't think so. I use the 11-33 Razor so it's a really small spotter, but I've used it on elk at 1k yards. A bit difficult for fine adjustment, but that has more to do with the $15 Amazon special head.
20 MOA Base: If you have already established a zero @100m, then you are good. Don't make any adjustments to your DOPE.
For the other portion of your post, I'm a bit confused. You're using trial and error to establish these holds? Why not run a ballistics calculator to get you in the...
Correct. That's the primary reason I went with the PMACA. Lightweight, had the adjustability, and readily accepted the Supergrade without inletting. So far, it looks good. Excited to put it all together and check it out
Tiger,
I'm waiting on my barreled KIDD Supergrade to drop into a PMACA chassis. Why do you wish you got the X-22? I'm sharing this rifle with my wife so I needed the quick adjustability of a collapsible stock with a cheek riser - hence the PMACA
No cuff, but the Pinnacle PRS from Tab Gear has a quick attachment to belts :
