6.5cm brass for those that don’t anneal...???

There is a SH user that will anneal for you for a small fee. If you are using high end brass, one of the major benefits is longevity but annealing is a must for that to work. Alpha munitions did a test of SRP vs. LRP. If I remember correctly, SRP won in terms of longevity (lower chance...

    New Primers = New Load?

Perfect, I am right at 3/4 out to at least 600 yards. This is exactly the info I was looking for. Guess I'll get to adjusting my seating depth!

    New Primers = New Load?

Thanks for the help gents. I'll load up 5 of my existing load +-.2gr to confirm SD/ES, Velocity, Accuracy(5@ 40.4, [email protected], [email protected]). Then I'll load up another 5 with the same loads and new primers to see if there is any difference. Comparing these 6 groups(3 with BR2, 3 with GM210M) I should...

    New Primers = New Load?

So I have a load worked out for my 6.5 Creedmoor and it uses CCI BR2 Primers. I chose those primers at the time because I couldn't find the Federal 210M and wanted to get shooting. I have since found the federal primers and wanted to know if I needed to start load development again if I want...

    I should have listened....

Agree with Skok3y on this one. I didn't convey my tone correctly. Not meant to be rude, but maybe a bit snarky. It's interesting to see the different rifles on SH: Some cost several months of rent to purchase all the parts and some are a bit more simple, like my best gun- A Savage.

NEW - Atlas CAL (Cant and Loc) Bipod - PRE-ORDER (added 12.14)

Have you had a chance to try it with the delrin washer? I'm still waiting on my spring, but the washer gave me more adjustability in setting cant tension and resolved all of my issues with it, even without the spring fix. For me, it increased the locking force of the Pod-Loc without me...

Sniper’s Hide Cup 2018 Sniper's Hide Team Challenge Colville WA

For the pistol portion, is there a preferred method of carry? As in, would a holster of some sort be necessary or can we assume that the pistol section will be fairly limited so keeping it unloaded in a pack would suffice?

    RRS Anvil Ball Head ?

I'd love to see how well this would pair up with the Leofoto 364.

6.5 Creedmoor Load with Alpha Brass

Shooting 130gr OTM Bergers, 40.6 gr of RL16 pushing 2830ish. SD of 7-8, really consistent and easy load. Sub MOA groups out to at least 500 yards- haven't tried to group past that. Love my Alpha Brass!

    Magnetospeed vs Calculated MV

This probably won't help, but I'm having a similar issue with a 6.5 Creed. Magnetospeed showing 2825fps, Kestrel with AB showing I am up near 2865fps based on dope at 400, 550, and 1k yards. Interested to see if anyone has a solution for you.

NEW - Atlas CAL (Cant and Loc) Bipod - PRE-ORDER (added 12.14)

I had a delrin washer sitting around from my attempt to create a zero stop for my wife's Athlon Argos on her hunting rifle, worked great! I placed the washer between the locking collar and the brass washer already installed. The lever locks firmly(maybe even better than before since there is...

NEW - Atlas CAL (Cant and Loc) Bipod - PRE-ORDER (added 12.14)

http://www.reallyrightstuff.com/BTC-Pro-Clamp-for-Atlas-Bipod That's what I use. It locks up nice, but I notice that it begins to slightly loosen itself every 20ish shots. Once loosened, it is free to slide along the rail about an inch before I notice. Anybody else experiencing this?

    Mcree's Precision 10/22 Review

I like to use the MPA enhanced vertical grip and it left a weird gap on my MDT chassis when installed. Got out the black Sugru and after 10 minutes of arts and crafts, problem solved. I let it cure overnight and you can't even tell it's there. You might be able to use it to bridge that gap if...
