Well feds don’t license you to drive so I guess that was a poor example…. Some states explicitly state it being illegal on private property some don’t. Insurance/ fatality’s. Would be an issue I assure you. My point Was if they posted on the DMV Q and A page kids couldn't drive motor vehicles...- HOOFER
