New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
I had my class 3 c&r and really liked getting set up with century arms as a dealer and get their pricing that's only reserved for dealers. It allows u to see all the pricing on their web site. When u buy from them you order from the same person and they get to know u. Kinda nice. Cool to look at...
I use it and love it. Super easy to use once the info is in and you've selected the cartridge u want to dope to. Super easy to set wind and get your calls quickly. Like I said if it had a weak point it's the way you input info on cartridges. But just make sure your saving your edits at the...
Rebel 17. Gets everything I throw at it super clean. It's amazing. Pistol shot as rifle. The only issue is run into is that my pins fit perfectly in my 6.5mm brass and they sometimes get stuck. Also I usually make a point to re-chamfer due to the pins knocking my edge off. Not a big deal for...
Ted is a crazy busy guy. Josh at PVA says he has 200 for his preorder and last I knew 17 were not spoken for. If ur interested buy off his website it doesn't say sold out yet.
Amazing video. Thank you for not only going through your thoughts during but post shooting. What to adjust for. This will make other shoots so much better including me.
What he said. Bottom of bullet to ogive will be different for each bullet profile. And lot to lot variation. Hope this helps. I personally don't measure for every box. I'm not danger close to the lands and have tested 5 thou each way to see how the bullet reacts. I suggest you do the same once...
I've reused Primers after popping them out. Fit felt the same the second time and no measurable shift in POI or velocity. No issues whatsoever. The only good thing to do with a live primer is to shoot it! Even if it's been fitted in once or twice.
The thing I Love about the MpA (we have 4 between myself and my father) is how natural and solid it feels. We did an OCW test the other day firing every 2 minutes and instead of getting up or breaking away from position I just laid there. It's such a nice natural place to be. I can't say enough...
I believe that mpa is now using a distribution chain with their retailers. That helps bump up production and makes them more available... hopefully. Give Josh at PVA a call he keeps as many as he can in inventory.
This will be interesting. Just finished a 6x47 Lapua test with RL26 and 115 gr VLD. 42.2 made em go 3065 with SDs consistently in the mid 3s. There were no pressure signs. H4350 had sign before that speed. It's something special. Good luck. It's worth pursuing for sure.
We've shot Berger 140s in a Grendel. Did just dandy. .75 MOA 5 shot groups if we did our part. Used IMR 8208 XBR to move em in a fed 205m ar primer. Lapua brass.
My distributor ended up accidentally sending me a Cronus instead of the Cronus BTR. Being an idiot, I mounted thinking someone gave me the BTR early. I did my dry fire drills for a couple days and realized this box has an old bar code! Old scope in it too! Long story short, Athlon was great to...
