    Rifle Scopes Eotech Vudu 3.5-18x50 MD-1 Review/Pictures

I didnt really take note of any tunneling so if there was some it wasnt anything drastic like a PM2 has enough for me to distinctly remember. I think with the size of the reticle (fairly thick) and the smaller size of the scope itself, it would be killer for a gas gun. It may be worth looking...

Reloading Equipment ***SOLD*** $320 1000pcs .308 Eagle Eye Brass

Do you mean I should raise it? I’m totally fine with .32 if someone wants it. Not a ton of demand for 308 Ive figured out. I still have 600 for the rare case when I spin my 308 barrel on.

Varget and 205m for multiple calibers?

308 is large primers where 6.5x47 and 223 will be small. Varget is very commonly used in 308 and 223. Its not quite as popular in the 6.5 stuff but a lot of people do use it

Rifle Scopes Open Center reticle vs Solid Center reticles

Depending on your use..... I can say that there really isnt a ton of difference in the center style for myself. I've had thick solid reticles, thin solids, open, the cross like the Athlon reticle, small floating dots, big floating dots (.075 mil Gen3XR), and tiny floating dots (.02 in the S&B...

I love that pattern on the T4A on the far right!

    AI AXMC tolerances issues

Yup^ While prefits for AIs are super common and doable, he probably just doesnt feel comfortable or want to put his name on it without checking the work.

    Big Horn Origin

Shouldered prefit from Hunts Long Range.

    Big Horn Origin

Its a little stiffer, and you get a cock on close with the origin.

    CHOOSE AN ACTION

TL3 and Impact are both great actions. Both can utilize shouldered prefits, both run great. I like the TL3 because of the CRF and Mechanical ejection, the tool-less bolt disassembly (if you need to replace or swap parts in the field), swapable bolt heads (you can switch from a 223, to a .473...

Anyone use the new fix-it-sticks all-in-one adjustable torque ?

While its REALLY cool and innovative.... I like the individual limiters better. And if I'm already carrying the little pouch with all of the bits and extensions anyway, eliminating a few limiters that I may not use doesnt really bother me.

    Possible stupid suppressor question

The surefires, on the socom mounts, are going to leak like that. Mine is the same way. Because the indexing notch isnt an interference fit, and does have a bit of play, its not going to seal up. Mine all seal up around the taper seat, and the rest of the entire mating surface (as you can see in...

Suppressors How to remove stubborn carbon?

50/50 mix of Hydrogen Peroxide and White Vinegar. "The Dip" use gloves as its a toxic mix once carbon is introduced. Also, unless this is a rimfire/pistol can, dont worry about cleaning it.

Manners Composite Stocks Estimated Lead Times

Dont be afraid to be the squeaky wheel and call/email. My stock was confirmed "in finishing" May 27th (6 weeks after my invoice date) Then I was told "end of June" Then it was 2-3 more weeks multiple times. Someone actually located it and told me 7/24 that it was in fact in final finishing and...

Are my expectations out of line?

Awesome to see that there are companies out there that still handle business in a positive way and taking care of things. "Outing" the company at this point, I cant say would be a good or bad thing. Great, in how they handled business. Like someone said, it could have been someone new and...

Are my expectations out of line?

While its not "wrong" because it works.... it DEFINITELY should be finished way better since you paid for it and unacceptable as a custom rifle builder. I wouldnt want to put my name on it. This looks like something that anyone could do with a harbor freight dremel. At a minimum, they could...

Thinking about switching from a suppressor to a brake

It depends on what your use is. I shot PRS with a 308 and suppressor last year. A muzzle brake probably would have been a lot more beneficial. I shoot a 6Dasher now, and just got my can out of jail so I'll be using it next year because recoil is minimal and the flinch/blast from the brake hurts...
