I know for a fact the LA and the SA are different but dont know off the top of my head. I know badger ord used to have the blue prints for the bottom metals on their webpage. But not sure if they still do.

Nothing but common sense and a deep knowledge of what it takes to perform that properly.
Mix some marine tex and fill the hole using a tooth pick to get the epoxy well into the hole. Make sure you leave it a little proud. Wait til its almost cured and trim flush with a razor knife. Repeat for the other side. Good luck
Marine tex, devcon and steel bed have given me great results over the years. Steel bed's 20 minute cure timr isnt very forgiving if you make a mistake. Devcon is pretty fast too. Marinetex has a longer cure time so if you screw up youre not stuck (sometimes literally)

Tricky-If waiting is not an issue thats fine. Or if you already have the non adjustable stock and dont want to go through the hassle of selling it and getting an adjustable one, or if you change scope and now your non adjustable stock doesnt fit... You get the idea.

Doshei-those laminates are hard to cut, but its doable. Im working on a mini 14 right now. Basically any stock whose dimentions will accomodate the kmw hardware is doable.
I have three M70s by Gap. A 300 win mag push feed and two FN SPRs in 260. All of them are great shooters, the price was reasonable and I got them in a decent time frame.
