    Starting at “BUT”, I disagree. Restricting or taxing a non-criminal citizen’s constitutional rights because criminal misuse of any inanimate object seems to be antithetical to our Constitution. Requiring “federally approved gun safes”, to me, isn’t a power that is granted to the government...
