    With the bolt removed I scribed the inside of the stock with a dental pick. Then removed the action and grabbed my small files and went to work. Carbon fiber is very easy to remove so don’t get carried away.

    I opened mine up to fit. TL3 left bolt right eject. Manners with the mini chasis. I think it came out good considering it’s a left handed stock that had no cutout for the port at all.

    7-08 with 162-168g bullets will do what you want. People talk about these magnums and shooting target. I guess I’m just a puss, I don’t want to put a 100 rounds down range in a day behind a magnum.

    The old adage, “ a 9mm might expand but a 45 will never contract” applies here. I mean really a 9mm at .355 might expand 50% but it will never compare to a .452 or .458 hardcast at the same speed.

    My point is, if you’re buying a barrel never download a cartridge to obtain subs. Twist it and shoot the heaviest bullet you can. You want a 300 BO at 220g or a 450 at 5-600g. Same speed.
